Haley Polkes is the Director of Brand and PR at The Center Brands, an LA-based beauty brand accelerator, and a founding member since its 2019 inception. She leads retail marketing, partnerships, influencer relations, and PR with a thoughtful approach to storytelling and a focus on driving efficiencies across departments, categories, and brands.

During her tenure, the company has reached major milestones including the sale of Naturium to e.l.f. Beauty in 2023 and Phlur to TSG Consumer Partners in 2025, while continuing to grow the company’s portfolio with brands like Cyklar, Prequel, Saltair, MAKE Beauty, and Proper. Haley is a proud University of Michigan alum.
