John Mezzo is a seasoned human resources executive with over 30 years of leadership experience. He is widely known for being a successful HR Business Partner to senior executives and the many employees he has coached and mentored in his career. John is currently the SVP, People Business Partner for Saks Global. Formerly, he was the Chief People Officer at Saks OFF 5th, and prior to that held senior executive HR roles at several multi-billion dollar global organizations, including Vineyard Vines, Burberry, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, and L Brands. While John leads with empathy and compassion, he is a results-oriented leader who creates cultures of engagement, development, and growth. His true passion is helping employees and businesses reach their full potential. John is also a certified executive coach and currently sits on advisory boards for Pace University, VCU, and MFMS.
