Melissa Shin Mash is Co-founder and CEO of performance bag brand, Dagne Dover. Melissa came up with the idea for Dagne while leading the turn-around at Coach's first UK/EU location in 2009, where she saw the opportunity for a culturally-relevant, digitally-native bag brand that paired performance materials with smart design. Today, Melissa is focused on driving the brand forward through distribution, partnerships and relationships. Melissa and her co-founders are passionate about setting a new standard of leadership, company culture, and workplace norms in hopes of creating a better society. Melissa is a graduate of New York University (BA) and The Wharton School of Business (MBA).
Founded in 2013 by Melissa Mash, Deepa Gandhi and Jessy Dover, Dagne Dover is a bag and travel accessories brand recognized by editors and customers for best-in-class products: backpacks, diaper bags, work bags, toiletry bags, etc. Dagne Dover is carried in retailers such as Bloomingdale’s, Babylist, Equinox and Dick’s Sporting Goods House of Sport, among others.
