MFMS Co-Founder, Founder of RAYRO Studio, Experiential Art Director at CAA
Rachel’s creative path began at the University of Michigan, where an early love of design and storytelling intersected with a growing curiosity about fashion during her senior year. As Co-Founder and Creative Director of the inaugural Michigan Fashion Media Summit, she established the enduring visual identity and brand ethos of the MFMS, igniting a lasting passion for translating ideas into thoughtful and tangible experiences. In 2018, she moved to New York and began her career at CAA, supporting legacy brands connect to cultural moments through digital, physical, and experiential creative. She later launched her independent practice, RAYRO Studio, where she built visual identity systems, campaigns, and large-scale activations for brands spanning beauty, tech, fashion, and sports.
Today, Rachel has returned to CAA as an Experiential Art Director, contributing her multidisciplinary background back into experiential strategy and design. More than building branded moments, she remains passionate about architecting worlds that are intentional in design and immersive in nature.
